My Story
I believe everyone has the potential to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. Growing up in a small town in North Carolina, I once kept myself small- until I discovered the truth of what’s possible when we align our energy and embrace our inner power. Now, I help others uncover their light and embrace their highest self. By clarifying their goals and releasing the patterns that hold them back, my clients are able to step into their power, unlock their full potential, and create lives they genuinely love.
When I started working with others on their soulful journeys, something opened up inside of me, and the sun came out and I felt myself expand. I felt a wonderful deliciousness from my heart, and I wanted more of that. 🔆
My professional journey
I built my career the hard way- through persistence, patience, and an unshakable belief that I was meant for more. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your potential, chasing success but craving something deeper. I climbed the ladder, broke through limits, and learned firsthand how powerful mindset truly is. By the time I turned 30, I discovered the magic of energy work, (thank Goddess!) and everything changed. Where I once spent years waiting for progress, I now find myself advancing and growing at a remarkable pace, making meaningful leaps forward every single year. Ironically it has been in the fall every year for the past 3 years. (In many traditions, fall is considered an energetically powerful time for career growth and advancement.)

My spiritual journey
For most of my life, I thought success came from strategy and sheer willpower. But everything changed when I discovered the deeper truth: energy is the root of everything. How we think, feel, and vibrate shapes what we attract, how we lead, and what we allow ourselves to receive.
Once I understood this and aligned my energy with who I truly am, things began to move. Fast.
Doors opened, opportunities flowed, and clarity replaced chaos. The life I had been chasing started showing up naturally. Things overall just feel, lighter. Circumstances that once would bring on mounds of stress no longer have the same effect. By strengthening my inner balance, I no longer allow external situations to control my emotions or derail my focus. This shift has not only reduced stress but also created space for more creativity, confidence, and forward momentum in my personal life. I have made some of my once upon a time dreams my now reality, and I am just getting started!
Now I guide others through this same shift, from force to flow, from discouragement to alignment, so they can unlock not just achievement, but expansion. Because when your energy is right, everything else rises to meet you.
